Download and extract the debug symbols alongside in the user's worktree, given an Evergreen Task URL or Task ID.

Add a .udbinit to set solib serach path/debug symbol search path.

Verify that a local .gdbinit (both in the home directory and in the worktree) is also sourced by udb.
