We've discovered twice now that not having a builder that builds with -ssl=off has caused problems to go unnoticed. Please stand up a Community builder that has ssl=off so we can catch such problems in the future. This builder will be a placeholder until we can get an MSAN builder up, which will also build with -ssl=off.
