Once SERVER-47354 is backported and released under 4.4.x, our multiversion change stream tests will run be running against 4.4.x. We should make sure that the test relevant to change streams parsing of $v:2 oplog entries and upgrade/downgrade also runs against 4.4.0, since users may not always upgrade to the latest dot release before doing a major version upgrade.
