AC:

• Pass a string containing whether it's last-lts or last-continuous to the tests (There are 3 or 4 places where we'll need to update this.)
• Add validation for the versions, that if you are using last-lts that you are using last-lts globally
• Add a jstest to verify that the binary version is correct
