Use boost::filesystem::path instead of std::string for file names in Sorter/SortedFileWriter/FileIterator/MergeIterator

      This would also allow us to not have to store both the full file path and the base file name in the Sorter, since the base name could be easily extracted using boost::filesystem::path::filename().
