The slot-based execution engine is known to have a pretty severe bug on big endian platforms: see SERVER-50594. In order to prevent noise in the build while SBE is still broken for s390x, we should just stop testing SBE on big endian platforms.
As part of related ticket SERVER-50594, we should undo this configuration change and start running SBE test suites on s390x again
