Wait for aggregate cursor to appear on the correct shard in change_streams_shards_start_in_sync.js

      The implementation of the js test utility function waitForShardCursor(rs) ignores the given replica set and uses always rs0 to wait for the aggregate cursor to appear. Even if it didn't produce any failure of the test since 3.6.0 I think this should be fixed.
