There is a mongodb-parameters man page attached to SERVER-46321, however after doing a bit of digging it seems like this file is not actually being used by the server, and there's no way to access the contents of this man page.

Can we update so that the contents of mongodb-parameters are accessible via command line? Please let me know if you need more info.
