Use NetworkInterfaceTL name as application name

      When we use AsyncDBClient::initWireVersion(), we pass in an generic applicationName here. We should instead use the NetworkInterfaceTL's name from here. This will help us to distinguish CRUD operations from Grid administration operations for instance.
