As we could schedule balancing window in MongoDB for balancer, that it can we active between mentioned hours, that is great feature.

But it could be more useful if we could set it in reverse way, like when the balancer should not be active as:

1) Document says, balancer should stop while taking snapshot backup in order to achieve consistency.

2) In case we are taking backup twice a day, so a utility should be there such that, we could stop the  balancer for that hour rest of all the time balancer will remain active.

In my actual case where snapshot backup is taken twice, so i can be able to active my balancer window within that time frame of 12 hours only. I would like to make balancer window enable for maximum hours and could be off only for that particular hours.
