This target should run the libdeps graph command line tool to output various issues found from a prescribed list of lint rules. output file of this target should be somewhat of a report, describing a lint errors found from a prescribed list of linters to run, and other various graph information.

The format of this report is yet to be decided but should be a format that supports programmable interface such as XML or JSON, such that other tools, or the libdeps graph command line tool itself can read it and output the info in a pretty-print or easily extract bits of target info.
