Currently, the CatalogCacheLoader provides several methods expecting a NamespaceString argument.

With the introduction of the collectionUUID field under ~~SERVER-52761~~, the same functionalities can be provided by UUID.

Evaluate whether it's possible to completely replace Namespace arguments with UUID or - if not - provide both alternatives.
