Support UUIDs in the catalog cache loader

      Currently, the CatalogCacheLoader provides several methods expecting a NamespaceString argument.

      With the introduction of the collectionUUID field under SERVER-52761, the same functionalities can be provided by UUID.

      Evaluate whether it's possible to completely replace Namespace arguments with UUID or - if not - provide both alternatives.
