      Changes introduced in SERVER-52685 migrate the Python driver's nightly tests to run on rhel70-small hosts using the python runtime in /opt/mongodbtoolchain/v2. This python runtime is missing a dependency that causes xunit output generation to not work. Instead, these tests should be run using the Python driver toolchain once it becomes available on these hosts (BUILD-12368)
