      The AutoGetCollectionForReadLockFree has a CollectionCatalogStasher and CollectionCatalogStasher currently will not support multiple instances on an OperationContext. However, the DBDirectClient can take a nested AutoGetCollectionForReadLockFree, along with a CollectionCatalogStasher. Therefore, nesting must be supported.
