Ensure replsettest.asCluster works with clusterAuthMode = x509

      When replsettest.asCluster is used, it only checks if a keyfile is set. It does not account for whether the current cluster may be setup to only support x509 auth.

      It needs to be changed to support clusterAuthMode=x509 for replica sets.
