system crashed; mongodb kept restarting but could never start

      Problem Description

      Over the weekend my system crashed while mongodb was running. Upon starting the system, and the dockerized container, mongodb kept restarting but could never start. I believe this corrupted the WiredTiger.wt and WiredTiger.turtle files.
