The setup_spawnhost_coredump in the main branch only works for task failures that use the newest build system environment (most notably hygienic + dynamic).

That file is not suitable for older branches (nor does it exist). We should add a usable version for these older branches and have an evergreen project owner add that as a default startup script when spawning a host from a task failure.
