This ticket covers updating the microbenchmarks perf.yml file to remove outdated expansions for the microbenchmarks test suite.  The only expansions required for the build variants are:

• compile_flags
• platform
• infrastructure_provisioning
• mongodb_setup
• canaries
• storageEngine
• project_dir

AC:

• remove any unnecessary expansions
• run a patch build to see if anything fails from removing the outdated expansions
