      This ticket is a SERVER project wrapper around https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/MHOUSE-2292

      MHOUSE-2292 required changed to mqlrun.cpp.  The server commit validation process invoked by evergreen won't accept something it considers a 'private project'.  Anything not EVG|SERVER|WT is considered private.

      So, this is a ticket to allow the evergreen submission to go through while still keeping the history of the original MHOUSE ticket.
