Because generating tasks is done serially by evergreen, when a lot of generators are running (like a full server build), it may take some of the generators a long time to run. We are seeing them timeout at 2 hours. In EVG-13938, the Evergreen timeout was increased to 3 hours, but the timeout also needs to be increased in the server configuration as well.
