AsyncRequestsSender should be modified to accept and support cancellation tokens

      Currently, AsyncRequestsSender does not support attaching a cancellation token to the callbacks created by scheduleRemoteCommandOnAny. Modify this class to optionally accept a CancellationToken in order to support general cancellation.
