Would like the ability to execute a multi document transaction but starting from a specific cluster time.

Main use case in mind is to be able to consume from a change stream, and then use the stream's last observed cluster time as the start time for the transaction so that it can optimistically execute a sequence of writes unless any conflicts were introduced since that point.
