Improve prematurely closed ChangeStream detection and output diagnostic information in jstests/change_streams/apply_ops.js and other tests that use change_stream_util.js.

The test code should detect when the cursor has been closed due to invalidation of the change stream and output the events collected from the change stream until the event of invalidation.

Those improvements, hopefully, will give more clues on why the test failed when we experience again a failure similar to one reported in BF-20098.
