      The following TODOs are wrong:

      because we still need to wait for the SERVER-52465 in order to start testing dropDatabase with step-downs on all the variants (all/no feature flags enabled).

      The goal of this ticket would be to rewrite the TODOs to mention SERVER-52465 instead of SERVER-54945.
