[SBE][replica_sets] System hangs during reconstruct_prepared_transactions_initial_sync_index_build.js

      reconstruct_prepared_transactions_initial_sync_index_build.js hits the time limit and fails. The attached log contains the hang analyzer output.

      On one mongod, the hang analyzer shows one lock dependency but there are no deadlocks.
