We should upgrade the existing startup warning for non {w:1, w:timeout} values in the replica set config's settings.getLastErrorDefaults from saying that this field is deprecated to say that the field is ignored. We only need to do this for replica sets not in a sharded cluster since we would fassert on startup if part of a sharded cluster.
