fcv_gate_resharding_collection.js currently explicitly upgrades to FCV 4.9 instead of latestFCV This will fail when we bump the latestFCV in the server to 5.0 because the 4.4 <-> 4.9 FCV transition is not legal on a 5.0 binary.
