      the new retryable writes change_streams suites will similarly run tests in jstests/core with the augmented stepdown hook, but instead of running between tests like the change stream suites, it will run in the background and will be based on the existing ContinuousStepdown hook, with an additional step of downgrading after a stepdown event through the upgrade downgrade library.
