Switch all query related microbenchmarks to use commands instead of legacy wire protocol

      There are a number of query related microbenchmarks which still run on the legacy read path. We should either change these, or, to avoid spikes/changes in history, introduce new workloads (similar to query_read_commands) that are identical but use the commands path.
