Add counters in session migration code

      Add counters that track:

      1. The amount of total session entries that need to be migrated.
      2. The amount of entries that have and that still need to be migrated.

      Make these counters visible through the serverStatus and migration destination progress reporting subsystems. Consider logging these to the user as well
