      After SERVER-16049 was implemented, ephemeralForTest started failing with 

      Location5083800: IDHackStage could not restore cursor

      on various capped tests.

       

      The IDHackStage calls saveUnpositioned() on the record store cursor, which was left unimplemented in ephemeralForTest.
