crud_ops_do_not_throw_locktimeout_on_ticket_exhaustion.js should not use db.currentOp() helper

This test will consistently fail in the multiversion suite when using the latest version of the shell with a 4.4 binary. The db.currentOp() helper changed in 5.0 to use serverStatus, which causes the test to unexpectedly hang.
