The current feature tracker messaging is difficult to understand for users and doesn't give context on how to correct the problem:

It would be beneficial to update the feature tracking document schema to include a message for:

1. What feature is causing this message to show
2. Corrective measures to take

We would have to store the messaging in the feature tracking document itself as earlier binaries have no understanding of these.
