An unclean shutdown while an audit log entry is being written may cause corruption in the audit log.

If auditFormat BSON is being used, this corruption may make the audit log extremely difficult to read using normal tooling.

Automatically rotate the audit log on startup to ensure that the audit log can recover from an unclean shutdown.
