Due to an unfortunate timing, a recently added test suite refers to a recently removed test which causes Evergree to fail with:

ValueError: Excluded test file jstests/core/dropdb_race.js does not exist, perhaps it was renamed or removed , and should be modified in, or removed from, the exclude_files list.
