      If the recipient secondary restarts and goes through initial sync while the recipient RST primary is in the tenant oplog application phase, the initial sync fails due SnapshotTooOld: error cloning databases :: caused by :: 'listCollections' failed: :: caused by :: Tenant read is not allowed before migration completes .
