Methodology:  search under mongo project for "getLastError[^a-zA-Z].[^{]" and "getLastErrorObj" in *.js files while excluding gle and shell folders. Review all hits and remove tests that are validating behaviour of getLastError itself (rather than using it as means to some other ends).
