SERVER-57287 is putting in cluster collStats command support for top-level timeseries data. However, since sharded timeseries collections are not yet support, cluster collStats cannot be fully tested. SERVER-57287 puts the new response fields in place for cluster collStats, but it can only run on a single shard. This ticket should expand the testing to ensure the multiple shard scenario works properly.
