Prune script not cleaning CKSUM files on windows

      The SCons cache prune script is not cleaning the new cksum cache files, because on windows it returns uppercase filenames. 

      [2021/06/09 23:31:49.377] WARNING:scons.cache.prune.lru:cache item x:/b643ea57-8df6-5cff-858b-25bf7d05a622/scons-cache\00\00579D6F49660A6C9C2142ABAE2CDBDC.CKSUM is a directory and not a file. The cache may be corrupt.

      Also add a longer timeout for the windows cache prune script to run.
