Direct user to MongoDB Compass download page when failing to install MongoDB Compass due to a connection issue using ./install_compass

      When a user fails to install MongoDB Compass using ./install_compass after installing MongoDB v4.4.6 Community on macOS, it will direct them to filing a SERVER ticket by logging the line: 

      2021-06-13 10:32:23,135 - root - ERROR - Please open a ticket with the log file attached on the SERVER project at https://jira.mongodb.org/

      Can we instead change this to direct them over to the download page and/or the docs
