Remove test jstests/core/sort_merge_collation.js from suites that involve primary node stepdowns since the test relies on presence of indexes -  the index build on secondaries is asynchronous and it is not guaranteed that the indexes will be present on a node that was a former secondary immediately after the the node becomes a primary.
