When creating a capped collection of smaller size, which documents are removed

      When creating a capped collection of smaller size, which documents are removed? I think the logical behavior would be to remove the oldest documents. Is this how the `toCappedCollection` or `cloneCollectionAsCapped` behave? Are there any guarantees?
