The current implementation of check_feature_flag_tags task relies on git stash command to compare base commit and the patch version, which is not working in the commit-queue.
This ticket requires:

• Update the task to support the commit-queue
• Add the task to the commit-queue
• Send out an email with the task to database-contributors
