In SERVER-51407, we added a new add_git_tag function to evergreen in order to test future git tags. It seems in SERVER-57003, some tasks were modified to be generated without the mongo git repository. As a result, the add_git_tag function now fails on those generated tasks. We should remove add_git_tag from generated tasks to resolve this.
