lookup_mongod_unaware.js fails to perform $lookup on a sharded collection

      jstests/sharding/query/lookup_mongod_unaware.js has been disabled on the multiversion suite because it was failing with the new FCV constants (lastLTS = 5.0).

      The goal of this ticket is to fix the test and remove the disabled_due_to_server_58295 tag.
