Fix FCV/multi-version issues in some tests

      A handful of tests are now failing multi-version pass-through tests after the FCV upgrade. In some cases there is new work that does require FCV 5.1, and simply needs to be tagged as such. In others, some minor test adjustments are needed to handle new error codes, etc.
