Allow change stream rewrite tests to run in whole-db and whole-cluster passthroughs

      Once SERVER-55541 is complete, it should be feasible for all rewrite tests to run in the change stream whole-db and whole-cluster passthrough suites. These transparently convert every change stream to a whole-db or whole-cluster stream, adding a $match filter on "ns" to ensure that only the relevant results are returned.
