      These are the versions we are locking in via the canary builders added in SERVER-59231 and SERVER-59232. We should require these versions when building in C+20 mode. We should also disallow building with Xcode or MSVC in C+20 unless the --disable-minimum-compiler-version-enforcement is used, since we have no locked in compiler version on those platforms.
