The test cases implemented in migration_fails_if_exists_in_rangedeletions.js could be negatively affected when the underlying balancer runs. A moveChunk invocation, with an enabled fail point in its implementation, should failed due to a timeout but at the same time the underlying balancer is triggered causing an unexpected error.

These tests require an environment where the balancer is disabled.
