      Similar motivation to SERVER-54453,  Clustered indexes change the on-disk format of tables and have additional metadata to store in the durable catalog. We must test that nothing breaks with backup and restore.

      Create a test similar to  create_timeseries_collection.js fsm workload that will occasionally get picked up and run concurrently with backup and restore.
